KryptoEkspert is operated by ShareHub ApS (CVR: 46220811), Denmark - the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Privacy contact: info@kryptoekspert.com.
2. What data do we collect?
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. When you subscribe, our payment provider processes your payment and contact details. We do not collect other personal data without your consent.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of: your consent (when you contact us), performance of a contract (to provide a subscription you purchase), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
4. Service providers (data processors)
To run the service we use carefully selected providers, which may process limited personal data on our behalf or register your IP address:
- Stripe - payments & subscription billing
- Formspree - contact-form processing
- CoinGecko - live price data
- Fly.io - hosts the trading-status feed shown on the site
- Telegram - private signal channel
- Binance - only if you opt into auto-trading
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party marketing.
5. Data transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. How long we keep data
Contact-form messages: up to 12 months. Payment and accounting records: as required by Stripe and applicable bookkeeping law. You can request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention duties).
7. Cookies
This site does not set tracking or marketing cookies. Fonts are self-hosted. Some third-party content (live price data, payment) may set technical cookies necessary to function. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact info@kryptoekspert.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
