1. Who we are

This website and service ("KryptoEkspert") is operated by ShareHub ApS (CVR: 46220811), Denmark ("we", "us"). By using the website or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Contact: info@kryptoekspert.com.

2. What the service is

We provide access to a private Telegram channel that shares trades from our crypto strategy, and an optional auto-trading setup. The content is information and education only. It is not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice. See our Disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that using the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription & billing

The Live Signals membership is €19 per month, billed automatically each month via our payment provider, Stripe, until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

5. Cancellation

There is no commitment - you can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal (linked on our site and in your receipt emails) or by emailing info@kryptoekspert.com. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

6. Refund policy

The service is a digital service that gives immediate access to the private channel and live content as soon as your subscription is active. For this reason, payments are non-refundable, including for partial months. By subscribing and gaining immediate access, you request that the service begins at once and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content/services is thereby waived to the extent permitted by law. You can always cancel to stop future billing (see section 5).

7. Auto-trading (optional, invite only)

Auto-trading is currently offered as a private pilot, subject to eligibility and onboarding approval. If you opt in, the strategy executes trades on your own Binance account using a trade-only API key. We never gain the ability to withdraw your funds. You remain the account owner and are solely responsible for all trades executed on your account and for any fees charged by the exchange. An additional fee applies and is agreed individually.

8. Risk

Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk, including the loss of your entire capital. Past results - including any figures shown on this site - are no guarantee of future performance. Never trade for money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Intellectual property

The strategy, models, content and materials are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or share access, signals or content with non-subscribers. Sharing access may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
